My path to being a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner didn't start with a single moment - it grew over time.
I've long been fascinated by how the body works - how food fuels us, how small shifts can create real change and how everything in the body is connected. I'm the kind of person who genuinely enjoys learning the "why" behind how we feel.
I've experienced firsthand what it feels like to have symptoms that don't fully make sense, to try different approaches and to want clearer answers. At the same time, I found myself wanting to support others in my life who were navigating their own health challenges.
So many people feel dismissed, overwhelmed or unsure where to start when it comes to their health. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported and understood while empowering you to understand your body in a way that actually makes sense.
Outside of my work, I find joy in thee little things like a strong cold brew at a local coffee shop, beach sunsets, a good book, and exploring new places.
My work is rooted in bio-individuality, focusing on your unique patterns, symptoms and lifestyle to understand what your body actually needs. My approach is:
